Acceptable Use Policy

Vordali may not be used for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. Prohibited uses include fraud; unauthorized payment requests; impersonation; harassment; sale of illegal goods or services; infringement of intellectual property; malware; credential theft; unlawful surveillance; evasion of sanctions; or activity prohibited by Stripe or other service providers.

Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another organization’s data, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use customer information for purposes unrelated to the legitimate business transaction.

Payment requests must accurately describe a real transaction or commitment. Businesses must not create misleading amounts, conceal material terms, or pressure customers through deceptive representations.

Vordali may investigate suspected violations, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests. Questions about whether a planned use is permitted may be sent to smothers53@gmail.com.
